Continuing Education and Update Requirements
The National Alliance requires each individual holding the CSRM designation to attend one of the following in its entirety every 12 months. The update or 12-month period is determined by the CSRM's birth month.
- Workers' Compensation Certificate course
- Employee Benefits Certificate course
- CISR course
- William T. Hold Seminar* or
- Dynamics of Service course**
- CSRM course
Alternatively, a CSRM may attend a CRM course or CIC institute in its entirety and receive up to two years continuing education credit.
The continuing education policy does not require up to annual re-examination.
