William Toll, CIC

Bill Toll, vice president, frequently speaks at national industry conventions, serves on the CIC national faculty, and co-developed the Growth and Performance Standards (GPS) study, the nation's leading source of benchmark agency performance data, as well as several other Academy publications. He works with the faculty on the Producer School and teaches at Ruble Agency Management seminars and Dynamics of Company Agency Relationships.  Bill has been an independent agent in Alaska, and has worked with hundreds of independent agencies in areas such as strategic planning, staff organization and stratification, producer compensation, workflow management, and general management.  Both his agency and company experience, along with a degree in finance and accounting, provide unique perspectives to his current work in the field of education.
