Mark Dietz is co-director of The National Alliance Research Academy. Along with Will Hold, he leads The Academy’s research and development, conducting surveys, developing original industry publications, and establishing new educational programs. Mark has spent more than 20 years in the training and development industry, working as a consultant for such companies as Texas Instruments and Hewlett-Packard.
