Glenn Cryan, chief operating officer, provides strategic direction and vision to achieve the business goals of The National Alliance in its
day-to-day operations. Glenn’s 27-year career in insurance has included extensive leadership experience and turn-around expertise in all phases of property and casualty claims management. His last position was director/vice president of claims with both operational and technical responsibilities for auto/general liability, construction defect, and workers compensation.
Glenn’s past positions include medical cost containment, national catastrophe coordinator, claims manager, and assistant vice president.
